Here is how you set up your Libyana Net modem:
Insert the USIM/SIM. If you are using a Micro SD memory card with your modem (to allow your modem to behave as a flash memory drive), insert the card as shown, carefully noting the orientation in order to prevent damage.

1- Can I use the USB modem as a flash memory?
Yes, you can do that by adding a Micro SD memory to expand the memory capacity.
2-Does Libyana Net Product include the Micro SD?
No , this product does not contain Micro SD , you have choice to buy it from special sales Centers.
3- Does Libyan Net Modem work with any SIM card?
No , it works only with Libyana SIM Cards.
4-Can I get more than one of the same kind of Libyana Net product ?
No, the subscriber has the right to get only one of each kind of Libyana Net product.
5- If I consumed all GBs that contained in the internet package of the current month, will the service discontinue?
No, it won't. But the rate of consumed internet will be deducted with (0.05 LYD/1MB).
6-Should I re-subscribe to the internet package every month?
No, if there is enough balance in your account, the subscription will be renewed automatically.
7- How can I recharge the balance of Libayan Net SIM card?
You can recharge it with only Libyana’s Voucher Card, just follow these steps:
1- Press recharge icon.
2- Type the Secret number of Libyana’s Voucher Card in the right place and then press send.
8-Can I use Libyana net in any place that is not covered by (Libyana 3G) network?
Yes, you can use it but not with 3G speed (3.6 Mb/s).
9- If my modem has lost, is it possible to replace it? And what are the required documents?
Yes, it is by visiting one of our Business Centers near you with providing the following:In addition to your presence or one of your nearest relatives (Parents, sun/daughter, husband/wife or sister/brother).
- Proof of identity.
- The service charge.
10- If my Libyana Net SIM card has lost, is it possible to replace it? And what are the required documents
Yes, it is by visiting one of our Business Centers near you with providing the following:In addition to your presence or one of your nearest relatives (Parents, sun/daughter, husband/wife or sister/brother).
- Proof of identity.
- The phone number that needs to be replaced.
- Service charge.
11-What are the required documents needed in the replacement procedure for companies or Institutions if Libyana Net modem has lost?
- A letter from the company clarifies its need to get a replacement for the lost modem.
- A letter from the company entitles a representative on its behalf to complete the procedure enclosed with a photocopy of his identity, or attend the SIM card’s owner with a letter proving that he’s the owner of this SIM card and enclosed with a photocopy of the his identity.
- Service charge.
12- What are the required documents needed to make SIM card replacement for Companies or Institutions?
- A letter from the company clarifies the SIM card needs to be replaced.
- A letter from the company entitles a representative on its behalf to complete the procedure enclosed with a photocopy of his identity, or attend the SIM card’s owner with a letter proving that he’s the owner of this SIM card and enclosed with a photocopy of the his identity.

No, it isn't.
14- Can I query about the internet package while I haven’t subscribed to any?
No, and the following message will be shown up: You haven't subscribe to any package.
15- What does this massage mean: The entered package size is incorrect, please try again?
It means that you entered the Subscription code (*222*X#) with a number other than 2 & 1.
16- What does this massage mean: Your input is incorrect, please try again?
It means that you entered an error code.
17- my annual subscription of the internet package was transferred to a monthly subscription, may I turned back as it was before?
Yes you can, by visiting one of our Business Centers near you.
