Voice Mail Service (VMS)
You can use voice mail service like an answering machine,
receives your incoming calls and allows your caller to leave
you a voice message to be stored in your mail box,
so you will not miss any call.
You can activate your voice mail service in any of the following cases:
- When your mobile handset is turned off, or out of coverage area.
- When line is busy.
- When the call is not answered.
- If not available (all the previous cases).
- When you divert all calls (all your calls will be diverted unconditionally).
Voice mail features:
- Welcome message: You can record your own welcome message, which your caller will hear when he is being diverted to your voice mail box. All you have to do is to call 123 and follow the instructions, or by following the next steps:

- Save messages: with Libyana voice mail service you can receive and save 20 messages for 5 days in your voice mail box. Every message has an allocation of 1 minute duration.
- Set password: You can protect your voice mail service with a password.
You can activate this feature by calling 123 and follow the instructions, or follow the steps:

- Message alert: The voice mail will alert you via SMS once you receive a new voice message.

1- Why haven't I found voice messages in the voice mail box?
Because the voice message remains in the voice mail box depending on the message status.
- If the message is new, and it has not been checked, it remains for six (6) days only in the mail box.
- If voice messages are saved in the voice mail box (that is mean, checked and saved) it remains in the voice mail box for five (5) days.
- If the message is heard but not saved, the message will remain in the voice mail box for one (1) day only.
2- How can I change voice mail box language into English language?
Call the voice mail number (123) then press down 9 -> 6 -> 2
(9) to setup the voice mail.
(6) to choose the language.
(2) to choose English language.
