Call Divert
Now, you can manage your incoming calls while you are busy or out of coverage area by divert your call to any other phone line or voice mail box.
Call divert can be customized based on your requirements as shown:
- When the phone is not answering.
- When the phone is busy.
- When the phoned is switched off, or out of coverage area.
- If I was not available (call divert in most of the previous circumstances).
- Diverting all the incoming calls (divert the calls without any conditions).

You activate the divert calls service and you don’t have balance to divert call, and you can solve this problem.
2- How can I use the divert calls service and be able to show it on both screens of the caller and the recipient?
You can set up this service from your mobile phone’s menu by press “calls setting” and then press “calls divert”, There are five call diversion options available, If an incoming call is diverted, a mobile will normally tell you, either by briefly showing "Diverted Call" or similar, or by prefixing the caller's number with the > symbol.
