• Addressing letter to Libyana Mobile Phone to send the messages, and the letter should contain the text message and the name of the authorized person for completing all the required procedures regarding the message.
• Paying the value of the service either in cash or by Cheque.
• The minimum number of subscribers can send them a message is 100,000.
• The value of the tax shall be calculated by 0.01 from the total value of the messages.
• The value of the stamp shall be calculated by 0.005 from the tax value.
