SIM card Replacement procedures

If your SIM Card is damaged or lost you can replace it, by visiting one of our Business Centers near you or one of our distributors with providing the following:

For Libyan Subscribers:

1. Personal appearance.
2. Proof of identity, either ID card, Passport or even family booklet (Original + photocopy).
3. The phone number that needs to be replaced.
4. The original contract (if you replace the SIM card in one of our distributors).

For Foreign Subscribers:

1. Personal appearance.
2. Passport (Original + photocopy).
3. The phone number that needs to be replaced.
4. The original contract (if you replace the SIM card in one of our distributors).

For Towareq Subscribers:

1. Personal appearance.
2. Proof of identity (Original + photocopy).
3. The phone number that needs to be replaced.
4. The original contract (if you replace the SIM card in one of our distributors).

In case you don't have time to complete the procedure in person, one of your nearest relatives (Parents, sun/daughter or husband/wife) can attend instead to complete it with providing the following:

• Proof of your identity.
• Proof of his/her identity.
• The phone number that needs to be replaced.

For Companies or Institutions:

1. The original contract.
2. A letter from the company clarifies the phone number needs to be replaced.
3. A letter from the company for its representative to complete the procedure with a photocopy of his identity.
