Contract Replacement procedures

If your contract is lost, you can replace it, by visiting one of our Business Centers near you with providing the following:

For Libyan Subscribers:

1. Personal appearance.
2. Proof of identity, either ID card, Passport or even family booklet (Original + photocopy).
3. The phone number that needs to issue new contract for.

For Foreign Subscribers:

1. Personal appearance.
2. Passport (Original + photocopy).
3. The phone number that needs to issue new contract for.

For Towareq Subscribers:

1. Personal appearance.
2. Proof of identity (Original + photocopy).
3. The phone number that needs to issue new contract for.

In case you don't have time to complete the procedure in person, one of your nearest relatives (Parents, sun/daughter , husband/wife or sister/brother) can attend instead to complete it with providing the previous documents plus a proof of his/her identity.

For Companies or Institutions:
1. The phone number that needed to issue a new contract for.
2. A letter from the company entitles a representative on its behalf to complete the procedure enclosed with a photocopy of his identity, or attend the SIM card’s owner with a letter proving that he’s the owner of this SIM card and enclosed with a photocopy of the his identity.
